This document explains you how to upgrade your Bind to version 8.4.6-1.

Update Procedure

1. Log into your control panel server as root:
   
   su -
2. Download the bind package from the psoft site:
   For Linux:
   
   wget http://www.psoft.net/shiv/bind/u-bind-8_4_6-1.tgz
   For FreeBSD:
   
   fetch http://www.psoft.net/shiv/bind/u-bind-8_4_6-1.tgz
3. Unpack the contents of the downloaded archive:
   
   tar zxf u-bind-8_4_6-1.tgz
4. Enter the unpacked directory:
   
   cd u-bind-8_4_6-1
5. Run upgrade:
   
   ./update.sh
