Priority Support can be purchased at US $300/month for up to 4 servers, $50 for each additional server. Priority support staff is available 24 hours on weekdays and from 3am to 4 pm EST on weekends to monitor your H-Sphere servers and resolve critical problems. One month of priority support makes you eligible for
- 5 incidents
- 3 new server configurations
- 1 Server Migration
- 1 change of IP

Alternatively, you can purchase Per Incident Support at the price of US $75 per incident. Our staff will remotely connect to your H-Sphere servers to solve critical problems.

To buy priority support, send a request to stating the number of H-Sphere servers. You will be e-mailed an invoice with payment instructions. We accept payments by credit card, check, wire transfer and PayPal.
