Server Recovery Request

Server recovery implies the installation of H-Sphere services to a clean box the way they were set up on the crashed or hacked server.

The new server should be prepared according to psoft requirements.

To recover servers by yourself, please refer to the Backup and Recovery section of Sysadmin Guide.

Server recovery by Positive Software team costs $25/hour and is free for priority customers.

To request a server recovery, please contact support and provide the following data:

  1. CP URL
  2. Account ID in my-hsphere
  3. The IP of the new server
  4. The location of the backup or the old HDD mountpoint
  5. The list of the services that were lost
  6. Any other information applicable to your particular situation.
