We don't support customers by phone or instant messengers.
Before contacting us for any support issue, you need to get registered at our
E-mails sent to from addresses
other than registered in your support account are filtered off and won't be addressed.
The registration is free and doesn't take long:
- Go to the helpdesk.
- Click Register at the top of the page.
- Fill in the form you will be taken to. In the Your email address field
enter the e-mail address you'll use to send support requests.
- Click the Create an account button at the bottom of the form when you are through.
- You will be sent an e-mail with a "validate your account" link.
Click it to confirm the registration, and your account will be activated.
